Ailis’s one-of-a-kind background as a practicing attorney and HR leader gives her unparalleled expertise in building and scaling teams within and across matters of law, business, people, and technology.
She’s held executive roles in both People and Legal functions during times of rapid employee and customer growth, developing programs from the ground up and scaling them to meet evolving needs.
Ailis played a key role in leading a private company through a multibillion-dollar acquisition by a publicly traded enterprise (the largest-ever sale of a self-funded tech company at the time).
She then continued on with the acquiring company, streamlining the transition while gaining invaluable insights into operating in a publicly traded environment.
Today, Ailis helps CoFactor’s clients build exponentially stronger and smarter People and Legal functions for their growing businesses.
